Internet Access

Wifi is provided throughout the Exchange Space.


Please see the login details below:


SSID/Network Name: S_HOUSE_EXCHANGE

User ID/Email: Your email address associated with your Exchange Online account

Password: (your 5 digit Pincode)

Your 5 digit Pincode can be found by logging into Exchange Online and going to the My Account section and scrolling down to Your Password.

Guest Access

Please do not give these details to any visitors that you have within the space. If they require internet access please ask them to connect to the Somerset_House_Public_WiFi. They will simply need to provide their name and e-mail address for 24 hours of internet access.


If they are visiting for more than one day, then they will need to sign in once for every day that they are here.

Troubleshooting

All members are automatically logged out every 90 days. If you are having trouble re-connecting to the Exchange wifi, please check you are using the correct pin and email address - this should be the one connected to your account. 

If you still cannot connect, it could be that your browser remembers your previous log-in, which can cause issues. Try forgetting the connection before trying to log in again. If that still doesn't work, try clearing your cache. Finally, you could log into the public wifi and go to http://neverssl.com/ before logging in to the Exchange wifi - this is an uncrypted website that will help your browser to prompt the wifi network to send across the log-in splash page.
